Description
Start by logging in with your Buick Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myBuick mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

1 ★ I just bought my second Buick back in April and added an Envision to my Encore. When I just had the Encore everything was amazing. I used the app all the time. Now the app won't even load. All I get are dancing dots and a message in my top bar saying loading vehicle insights. It takes so long its not even worth having or using the app. I'm very disappointed because I used to find the app very helpful for remote start and maintenance insights.
1 ★ The app will no longer let me even log in, let alone actually use controls such as remote start or remote lock. My husband is having the same issue, so I know it isn't my device. We're very disappointed considering the cost of our vehicle and the add on services we subscribe to.
1 ★ This app is terrible. I do not have anywhere to start or lock my vehicle. When I used the one with my Equinox it worked perfectly. I cannot also see my tire pressure or any other info. This app is totally useless in it's present form. It turns out you need to be connected to OnStar for $15 a month to be able to use these features. I find this totally unacceptable and just another big Corporation gouging the public. My 2018 Chevy Equinox had this included and still works perfectly. Bye Buick!!
4 ★ Got the app to work. I like the manual section. I would like to be able to input the services done to my car like miles I changed oil/ rotated tires/ new tires. Etc. But I have a 2011. Not much more use for me. App works fine.
1 ★ Will work only once after I've downloaded the app and sometimes it won't let me even download. It worked previous to the "update" and in my 2017 Encore. I have spoken to tech service and Verizon twice. I'm not paying $800 for a new phone! Mine is only 2 years old. I have a LG V30. Fix this please.
2 ★ I want to like it but it takes forever to load, forever to login, and then forever to load again, then forever for the command to go through, if it even does! Paying for unreliable convenience.
5 ★ I haven't really used it much but it's a nice feature for when you are a good distance away from your vehicle & can't remote start it to let it warm up cold days or cool down on hot days.
2 ★ This app is not good slow response time, slow loading, and crashes. Will go back ro using mychevrolet app it was way more responsive. Also app shouldn't force you to add multiple vehicles. If I don't want to add a secondary vehicle it shouldn't keep trying to force me.
1 ★ I just bought a new Buick. Downloaded the app and have been struggling to login. When logged in, it wont allow me to add my vehicle or connect to my onstar account. What's the point of an app that doesn't work?
1 ★ This update is useless! The app worked fine for me before! Now I keep getting an error message that says check for an update after I just updated it. Can no longer schedule service directly through the app
2 ★ I have both the GMC and my Buick app. Both say in the vehicle status there's a issue with the vehicle that I've had for ONE day. In the actual stats there's nothing adverse showing. This is extremely annoying.

1 ★ App is slow to load, but very convenient once it does load. WHY WOULD YOU REMOVE AUTO START FROM THE APP!! THAT WAS NOT A GENIUS IDEA. IF IT DOESN'T RETURN SOON I'M CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION.
5 ★ So I love the update but one suggestion, ( if possible) On my App I have the feature to track my vehicle location, so Is there any way to enhance the maps on that part. Like to show more details when tracking location? 🤔🤔 just curious
1 ★ I can't get to vehicle status. No tire pressure, no showing of fuel, etc. Bring back the old app. This new app is of no use.
