Search thousands of properties
With new listings every day, we make it easy for you to find the right property. Whether you’re searching for a house, apartment, off-the-plan property or house and land package - you can filter down to the exact real estate you’re looking for. Search by suburb, address, school name or on the map. Then, set your filters including price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, land size or use keywords like ‘pool’.
See properties before other buyers
Know what you’re looking for? Turn on property alerts to be notified about properties that match your search. Whether you’re looking for a rental property or a home for sale, notifications help you find the right property sooner. In NSW, VIC, QLD, SA or WA? Now you can get alerts about off-market properties on Domain! Just create a property alert and we'll let you know about off-market properties that tick those boxes before they're even listed. Coming soon for the rest of Australia, so stay tuned!
Draw your search
With map search, we make it easy to search for a property in your favourite area. Map view lets you use your fingertip to circle the area where you’d like to find a property. You can then switch to list view to see all available properties for rent or sale in that area neatly laid out.
Shortlist with someone
Property hunting with someone? Whether you’re buying a house with your partner, renting an apartment with your best friend or value the opinion of a trusted real estate advisor or - you can invite anyone to shortlist with you. That way, both of your favourite properties are in one place. You’ll never have to share a link again.
Plan your inspections
When you shortlist your favourite properties, we add them to your inspection planner so you know what time and where you need to be for your open inspections or auctions. You can switch to map view to understand where the properties are located in relation to each other and your current location. You can also keep track of what you thought by rating each property after you inspect it. It’s never been easier to organise your favourite properties.
Follow your home’s value
Follow your home on Domain for Owners to see what your next move should be. There, you’ll be able to research the market relevant to your home or rental property. We provide information about the estimated value, current demand and local area activity (such as properties that have recently sold) all at a glance.

3 ★ When searching for properties in this app, it is very difficult to identify which properties are listed for auction and which are private sale. Often, I have to enter a property's listing and scroll to the bottom to find out if it is an auction. This is time consuming, and the whole point of installing the app was to save time

1 ★ Couldn't find what I was looking for kept telling me to refine search.I had been looking in other sites that had a few that met my criteria though.
2 ★ Hey domain team. I think we should be able to rate real estate agencies. Some of them doesn't show up to inspections. Some of them just come and tell its not avaiable anymore. Even worse some of them discriminate people by people's appearance and ignore our questions and acts like we are not even there....
1 ★ The app used to work great for me and now it refuses to open. It has interrupted my house hunting
1 ★ Very annoyed frustrated with the split screen of map and list can't find spot to check just the map.
4 ★ seeing which houses are for auction is not easy or apparent.
3 ★ App was good but just this week it won't open, and if it does finally open my phone goes all weird until i force close the app
2 ★ Would be a good App but it is unfortunately full of bugs which render it useless at times.

3 ★ The mobile app is generally good to use, however the notes created using website don't appear on the app and this causes quite an inconvenience. It would be great to fix this. Would also be useful if there was a feature to create lists. Regards,
2 ★ I use the app all the time looking at new houses on the market. But it's getting increasingly frustrating because new house and land packages filter doesn't work. And it keeps resetting everyday. So I'm constantly clicking on the same properties thinking they're new listings.
2 ★ WHEN this app actually works properly, it's great. WHEN it works. Most times it just freezes. You get a notification about a property. Try to click on it to view the notification and nothing. Stupid. And yes, my operating system is current and I don't have a cheap and nasty budget phone. Domain, your competitors app is far more superior. Get your developers' to learn from them.
1 ★ Incredibly annoying. Ads keep popping up as you scroll through properties, and you keep being shunted back to the start of the list! Who designs these stupid things? Thoroughly useless.Don't bother with this, get the RED one, much more user friendly.
1 ★ Don't waste your time. Used to be good, too many issues now. "No exact matches" message pops up and covers half the map. It popps up when I zoom to the point where no properties are showing. I'm zooming to check out where the boundaries are and if they back on to creeks or to read street names etc. Even after clearing it, it comes straight back as soon as I scan around. It's also right in the same spot as 'list view' / 'map view' which means you hit it when trying to clear.
