4 ★ Easy to use app for people like myself who cannot read Chinese and want to buy from Taobo , all items translated to English but translation not perfect just use a bit of common sense, also if you search you need to think Chinese English translation if you understand my meaning. Example I searched for kitchen sink result I got different items and the odd bathroom basin but if you type kitchen sink basin then loads of items of kitchen sinks.
1 ★ Bug on the app. It keeps crashing after I did a purchase, the app just shut down and get a message saying the app has a bug and only an update from baopals. I reinstalled it and while the app doesn't crash anymore, I get a page with message : " sorry we are unable to process your request"
