1 ★ Do not update to firmware version v1.5.4 My C1000(X) fails to detect the expansion battery BP1000 after the update and I'm not stuck with an unusable expansion battery.... Very annoyed
5 ★ Ou electric bill has been drastically reduced after setting up 2x f3800's and the smart home panel! Thanks!
2 ★ Unit works ok but keeps disconnecting from app. The constant disconnects and repeated logouts requiring logging back in to the app make this a royal pain to monitor. I have 4 units from a competitor's brand and have never had to deal with this kind of thing. Wish I would have known this before purchase. Won't be buying another any time soon.
