Mad Paws - Pet Sitting & Walks 5.15.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Allows an application to record audio.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Marker permission for applications that wish to access notification policy.

1 ★ Im trying to access my account. System error message says "Your app is outdated. Update app" it does not allow me to update instead goes around in circles and ends up with same error message. Can you please fix urgently as this is extremely frustrating.

5 ★ From my experience and feedback from pet owners using the App, it appears the pet owner struggles to edit existing bookings and require to cancel their existing booking and have to create a new booking with correct detail.

1 ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY DORECT DEBITED MY ACCOUNT CONTINUOUSLY IN ONE DAY UNTIL MY BANK STOPPED IT. THEY THINK A SIMPLE EMAIL FIXES IT. IT DOESN'T.

1 ★ An abysmal app lacking basic features & riddled with bugs. Used the Android version on my Note8 with updated OS. Need a dogsitter but after half an hour on the app I have given up and will call other more expensive services instead. Basic functions that either don't work properly or are lacking: search results reset after returning from a listing back to the list view, can't see listings you've favourited, add pet profile button does nothing & going back loses all data entered. Just awful.

2 ★ Great service, frustrating app! As someone who uses the web version to book sitters now trying the app I've almost given up. It freezes constantly on different parts, settings don't save so you have to enter them each time, map jumps around, can't see sitters you've marked as favourite so have to try to find them again in the list... Argh! Hopefully these aspects will be addressed.

1 ★ The app is terrible, as is trying to log on via the website. I have a great sitter but takes ages to try and log on and when I try and use the app on my mobile or tablet the Rebook my Sitter link is non-existent. I then try to logon via the website and it hangs. I have even tried changing my password but still hanging. Frustrating!!

3 ★ The most annoying thing about this app is it never works. We have the perfect sitter for our pet but trying to book her through the app is a pain, I'd rather just pay her directly and cut MadPaws out completely. Sort it out or kiss you fees goodbye.

1 ★ Terrible execution of a good idea. The fact that the sitter can't review or contest owner's references just makes the whole idea pointless. It's just a one-sided enterprise focused on sucking your money out for disproportionate risk & effort in looking after dogs. Zero objectivity or fairness from the customer service. I can't wait for someone developing a much better service. I won't be continuing with MadPaws.

1 ★ I'm receiving the same message as Paul saying the app is outdated but it won't let me fix it. It just goes in circles.

2 ★ The app still needs a lot of work, despite 20% of my booking profits going to the company, plus a booking fee. Half the time notifications don't show up, the only way I'm alerted to a message is because I get a text. The message section is horrible, whenever you try to scroll up the app fights you and sends you back to the most recent messages, unless you're continuously scrolling. It also sometimes freezes and takes forever to load the messages.

3 ★ App is, superficially, well designed. Spend lots of time with it however and the limitations and UI problems rear their heads, such as the fragmentation of search functions. It's intuitive (mostly) and decent. Edit: Devs have fixed the issue related to the app's chat/messages function. I've fixed this review and score in response.

4 ★ Awesome idea and app but wish I could change how many emails I get. Annoying to get the app notifications but also all the emails! They fill up my inbox which I need for work

1 ★ Had a lot of ongoing issues with the app. Have emailed the product team about these and they offered a beta testing version of the app which again had a few issues. Gave up for a while till a recent update, however everytime I view a message it scrolls to the bottom of the page. This happens everytime and is extremely frustrating.

2 ★ Doesn't let you update your booking on the app. Keeps defaulting back to the original dates you requested. Very frustrating

4 ★ Great service and customer service but the app needs some work.
