1 ★ very bad platform. It's not reflecting all your account information. you cannot mange any of your packages. The actual information about your line cannot be found. One need to make master degree to understand the company packages. one mistake will cost you alot.
2 ★ its too slow app, and you need to sign in in every single time you log in though you've already saved the password and the user name one more thing is that you cannot plbrows contacts to send sms using the app
4 ★ It is a good thing to manage your data and services but it has some issues like when you need to transfer your point to another number, you will need to provide a password and the app just give you an access for numbers not letters so, you can't transfer any points
1 ★ very unfriendly app ... the internet usage is very poorly detailed. ooredoo app is much better and detailed oriented and easier to manage especially for 3g information.
3 ★ why does it not have English language as an option? why does the online chat lag so bad. it takes forever to connect and if one leaves the app the chat disconnects and you have to start from the beginning. it should have an online payment option.
1 ★ If u started a chat& closed it accedantly, it stuck in the last status. More and more bugs ! It doesn't meet the MVP.
