Beschreibung
PROGRAMMING: Once you’ve completed your Pursuit Session you can view your personal programme, including video demonstrations. You and your coach can then track your progress.
COACH: Your coach will be able to view your progress, make adjustments, set you MOVE targets and communicate with you directly through your app. You can ask your coach for tips and advice via our messenger function.
BODY STAT ANALYSIS: When your Check-Up Session’s done, your body stat results will be uploaded to your account in under a minute.
CLASS BOOKINGS: View, book and review your classes directly through your app. Completed classes will be assigned to your weekly activity ensuring you collect MOVE points.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITY: Keep track of your outdoor activity via our app or synchronise data stored in other apps like RunKeeper and MapMyFitness.
NEWS: You’ll be kept up to date with the latest news at your club. Class updates, new services and products, social events, challenges and much more can be viewed directly through the facility function.
