Friends of the Earth (HK) has published “Waste No Food Recipe Book” which collects 12 creative recipes contributed by local famous chefs and foodies to share their cooking recipes on how to fully utilize heads and tails of ingredients and leftovers when cooking. The book aims to promote green cooking ideas on minimizing food waste.
12 chefs and foodies include Chow Chung, Maria Cordero, Jacky Yu, Chef Koo, Cooking HayHay, Tony Tam, Kit Mak, Denice Wai, Tsang Kwok Sang, Twins Kitchen, Pauline Wong and the Secretary for the Environment Mr K S Wong.
The e-book also contains six online teaching videos. Chow Chung, Jacky Yu, Cooking HayHay, Tony Tam and Pauline Wong will demonstrate cooking steps in details. Don’t miss the videos if you like cooking. For more about “Waste No Food” Campaign: www.foe.org.hk.
