Motion Fitness is a member friendly facility for all walks of life. Offering a range of lifestyle activities with daily Yoga, Group exercise and cycling classes. Featuring onsite child care, ladies only area, steam rooms, hot yoga studio, group exercise and cycling studios, with a large cardio area as well as Personal Training. All cardio equipment will be iPod and TV equipped.
We will be offering a variety of memberships to fit your lifestyle (monthly, yearly and drop-in).
