+ [Hotfix] modified Runestone cooldown
- reduced the initial cooldown.
- the cooldown at the max level is maintained.

+ [Hotfix] fixed Moving Black Hole bug
- fixed an issue that prevented screen movement due to the limited camera movement speed.

* New game in Infinity Mode will be added soon.
