1 ★ tried to book a ticket with departure time 7:30 am. But the am became pm after I clicked SELECT. Ended up booking with computer. This happened twice!

1 ★ Tried to score 0 but couldn't. Bought two e-tickets from Bos-NYC 3 days ahead of dep and couldn't check-in online or print it at station. Confirm # is not found when I tried on the website. Only the bus operator had a list with our name and she didn't let me in. No idea how this thing works but it's horrible. Definitely won't use Grey Hound any more!
