1 ★ I have to complain to the tram driver No. 75 24/5/2019 7:17pm Go to the city direction at the 62nd stop. I waited for 15 minutes with my friend. When the driver was about to get on the tram, the driver only opened the door to the local in front of us. We closed the door and took a scornful smile. I felt that we had received discrimination and hoped for my complaint. Can be seen

2 ★ You guys really need to improve your PT system, at least give your passengers more USEFUL information. Train and tram services are fine, usually arrive on time or with some minor delay. But the bus services are seriously sucked. Several months ago I tried to take a 623 or 624 bus from somewhere in Caulfield to Holmesglen station, this app told me there is a 623 bus on 15 mins later, so I start to walk to the bus stop. But when I got near to that stop, I saw that bus already gone while this app told me there is still 3 mins. I stood there, yes there don't even have a bench, and waited an hour for the next bus service. Absolutely horrible experience. In China we have a lot of similar bus tracking apps, and they all have a awesome function that user can see the real time location of every buses on the map, rather than a rough estimated arriving time. I think thats something you guys can learn.
