Main Functions:
User can use client app to binding identity and device, and to download and activate ID cards.
Mobile client app can manage ID card life cycle.
Mobile client app can encrypt ID seed.
Mobile client app can add third party app service, such as door access, membership cards, library cards, all in one card for zone, all in one card for government, all in one card for tourist area etc.
To custom ID card style by admin portal.
To manage user ID cards by operator portal.
To provide self-service for user by user portal.
