Now you don’t need to worry about losing paper invoices/agreements/contracts when selling or buying items from Online marketplaces like Gumtree/OLX/AutoTrader etc. E-contract offers this unique service to customers to fill the required fields within the app and once you submit, our application send out electronic invoice to both buyer and seller on their given email addresses.

Customers are allowed to use this free of cost app for unlimited transactions and feel secure about each sale and purchase.

Customers of our app can safeguard themselves, since electronic invoice will be in their given emails, to present as a proof of purchase in-case of fraudulent sale.

Customer data is deleted after a week from our servers and it is purely used for sending out emails to both Buyer & Seller.

The App acts as an intermediary for the provision of the invoice pertaining to the relevant transaction between buyer and seller. This role does not create an Agent principal relationship between the App and seller or buyer and should not be construed in any manner other than an intermediary.
