Avaya Mobile Activity Assistant (MAA) allows mobile workers to send and receive actions and notifications. Actions are prioritized by urgency and displayed do that they can be processed by the user in the proper order. Actions include phone calls, text interactions, and requests to conduct a business process.

*** Requires Android 4.0 or greater on an Android powered phone or tablet. ***

• Supports Users and Groups via LDAP or Avaya Notification Solution Server database
• Actions and notifications are prioritizes by urgency and importance values
• Actions and notifications may be escalated or reassigned by the sender
• Action labels are configurable to the user domain language and context

• Closed loop notifications
