*Fixed a bug with hyperlinks on rotated pages.
*Implemented hyperlinking to locations that aren't on the first page of an entry.
*Fixed a crash when hyperlinking to a chapter.
*Fixed a potential crash.
*Fixed a protocol icon bug.
*Implemented Adaptive Icons.
*Repeat taps on the tabs will now jump to the top level.
*Fix handling of bad hyperlinks in custom-branded apps.
