WP8 cm10/10.1/aokp theme 1.6的新功能

Update V-1.5 31 January 2013

-Replaced the dialer icon in phone app and the call button in call logs

-Removed the the call button divider in call logs.

-Improved the size of ligar button.

-Removed the in and out signal.

-Some other minor fixes.
