Settings now opens and closes in main menu
No Sounds or Music
Removed more useless code and images from main game files. Finally fell under the 26 Mb file size.
Bugs:
Currently they're no bugs as seen on my Google Pixel XL or PC output of RTD. TBD is the current state.
