This application calculates the ideal weight based on the basis of some measure of the person. It is important to remember that the results of this calculator should be used only with guidance.
With this app you can:
- Calculate BMI (Body Mass Index)
To calculate BMI simply divide your weight in kilograms by height squared (in meters). The number that will be generated should be compared to the values of BMI table to see whether you are underweight, at your ideal weight or overweight.
- Daily Caloric Expenditure
To calculate BMI simply divide your weight in kilograms by height squared (in meters). The number that will be generated should be compared to the values of BMI table to see whether you are underweight, at your ideal weight or overweight.
- Percentage of fat
Uses measurements taken with tape measure was developed by the Center for Health Research Naval California. It is based on the measurements of your height, waist and neck for men. For women's hip size is also considered.
