Custom Data Recorder 1.7的新功能

4.6: Updated to target SDK 33. Added option to show field descriptions on data entry page. Added ability to hide/show other fields on the form based on a drop down list selection.
4.5: Added a link to an online help page from the "Help" option. The online help includes info about backing up the app data.
4.4: Added an option to restore the internal database from the copy in the app data folder.
4.3: Added button on "About" dialog to copy internal database to app data area for backup purposes.
