This application can control 6 servo motors via android smartphone. 6 pieces of the servo motor, connected to all the PWM pins on the Arduino.

Arduino pin 3 = Servo Channel 1
Arduino pin 5 = Servo Channel 2
Arduino pin 6 = Servo Channel 3
Arduino pin 9 = Servo Channel 4
Arduino pin 10 = Servo Channel 5
Arduino pin 11 = Servo Channel 6
***NOTE***
On the sketch, adjust baudrate baudrate according to the bluetooth module you use. If not the same, then the "SERVO WILL NOT RESPOND".
