This application can show persistant notifications based on the next events:
- If mobile data may be in use
- if Wi-Fi is on but not connected
- if Ringer volume is zero
- if Bluetooth is on but not connected (possibility to exclude setected devices)

此应用程序可以显示基于下一个事件的持续性通知：
- 如果移动数据可能在使用中
- 如果Wi-Fi已打开，但没有连接
- 如果铃声音量为零
- 如果蓝牙打开但没有连接（可能排除setected装置）
权限说明：
- 查看网络连接（所需的移动数据检查）。
- 查看Wi-Fi连接（所需的Wi-Fi事件检查）。
- 访问蓝牙设置（所需的BT事件查看）。
- 配对的蓝牙设备（为所需BT设备选择）。
