My Learning Lounge allows you and your team to access video based training, company messaging, photos, podcasts, polls, quizzes, competitions, news and social feeds wherever you are.
As well as viewing the library of Learning Lounge content, learners can upload their own videos, and comment, rate or discuss content uploaded by the company and their peers, creating learning communities.
User Generated Content
- Users are allowed to upload, share, comment and vote on content. Start discussions and share ideas to assist peer to peer learning and knowledge sharing.
Gamification to encourage extensive usage
- Your staff will level up and earn achievements by regularly using and contributing to your Learning Lounge. Further increase engagement by adding media and competitions that are only accessible to your highest ranked users.

- Search tools enable you to easily locate the specific content you require. Instantly narrow down choices by content type, subject, channel, length, popularity or descriptive text.
