1 ★ Very bad service ever. You allow people to order knowing that you don't have stock. And how come it has to be one month to deliver groceries in Gutu. If you don't have stop , the stop doing the business then. Musada kutiporovhoka imi. Izvo zvisikana zvinodaira foni doesn't even know what is a customer service. Do better.

1 ★ So i created a shopping order on the 22nd of December and paid on the 23rd hoping my beneficiary would collect the groceries on the 24th in time for Christmas as stated on the app while i was shopping only to get an sms as soon as i had paid that collection would only be done on the 31st, I'm really disappointed and i wouldn't advise anyone to use this app for shopping for their loved ones during the festive period as they will not get the groceries on time

1 ★ Its almost a week trying to get my account verified if I sent an sms to number that number will refer me to another number and the same number will refer me to another number I sent an message at 11 then they respond at 12 telling me that they are offline .you guys you're not helpful why do you put a request call on the app but at the end of the day you don't call ,you where good the first days but now you're going to bad
