5 ★ Today for the first time I opted for "At Home Diva services", they offered me 50% discount..the stylist Taras' service was very good n satisfactory.. I am so much impressed by the service at the comfort my house ,its time saving, hygenic n pleasing than going to parlors..I really want to recommend Diva services to all my friends.
1 ★ i have asked for simple account balance information on 1st July 2019 which the team is yet to share. there is no travk of how my credit balance is used and invoice value doesn't even match with the deductions. i will not change my review until my emails are answered. 6/08/2019- I have sent 8 emails to the same email address. sending one more now.
5 ★ khushi was excellent. a very well trained Beautician who knew her job v well. I have to get a 10% cash back but so far it's not been credited to my account. Diva has to fulfill wh at they have promised to be delivered n not cheat their clients.

1 ★ I am uninstalling this app.They are highly unprofessional.I have booked for services yesterday and when today i have tried to reach them they said your booking was on hold So we cannot provide you services today. If you want we can reschedule it.I think urbanclap is much more better than this in terms of booking as well as services provided.
1 ★ I had an appointment for 10am in the morning. Since nobody showed up, I called the head office in Bangalore. Nazia was my PoC.She was very unprofessional and kept giving excuses.The beautician, Malini turned up at 11:40am! The services were also unsatisfactory. Even after opting for Rica wax, a part of the skin was burnt due to the wax temperature. The lady kept cribbing about various things.Later,Malini told me she had to leave with half done services. THERE IS NO REPLY TO THE MAIL!!!
