Description

With Sam, deliveries that take place to specific addresses that have been defined with geofencing are tracked. Sam is started by a driver at the beginning of a run and runs in the background throughout the run. Each time the driver unloads a load within a geofenced area, it is recorded as a delivery.

As a driver, you log into the app by selecting the organization you drive for and a pin code that you received from your client. The PIN code is saved in the app and only needs to be entered once.

Registered deliveries are saved to a server and displayed through a web page. https://helsingborg-poc-prod.web.app/

On the website it is possible to see when different deliveries have been made to different addresses and it is possible to see during which times and days there is the most traffic. The goal of tracking deliveries is to find possible collaborations between suppliers that can reduce the number of transports. Through collective loading and cooperation, we can reduce our climate impact.
