3 ★ Every I click to pay via e-invoice it keeps on sending me to main menu. This app is not tested thoroughly. I hope Universal pays some attention to this small matter.
2 ★ Det enda jag ville kunna göra var att kolla driftstörningar på min fiberanslutning. Det hittade jag inget sätt att göra och dessutom ville den ha tillgång till en massa personlig data helt i onödan, så den åkte ut igen direkt.
1 ★ Man kan inte se aktuell förbrukning, och man kan inte se hur mycket kostnad över vad som ingår abonnemanget.

1 ★ företaget är jättedåligt. Jag hade ett problem med min internet från första dagen som jag var en kund hos dem. En vecka sen, och de kunde inte lösa det,sen stoppade jag tjänsten. support team är dåligt. det tar lång tid innan att de svarar dig.
