5 ★ Excellent little app that shows you nearby cafes and the like that offers free refills for your reusable water bottle!
5 ★ Just what I am looking for
4 ★ Nrw update has fixed the problem with the constant crashing, but the entries for St Pancras station are totally inaccurate. I was there earlier today, and couldn't find any of the listed refill points. There's no public refill point, and I couldn't find any of the other listed points, despite spending over 30 minutes wandering around looking for them. In the end, I had to buy a bottle of water, which kind of defeats the object of this app. The entries for St Pancras definitely need correcting.
1 ★ I really want to like this app but I think there just isn't enough users. No water locations are coming up near me. I'm trying to add a location I know of, and I can't add it because its just a park drinking fountain and not a business. I'm a cyclist looking to refill my bottles on my rides and this app would be awesome for cyclists if it were easier to use. Parks with drinking fountains are really all I need. Not businesses. I also live in southern California and nothing comes up.
2 ★ Half the locations are gone or ones where I know the area, but have no idea of the companies. Lots are over a year out of date No thanks.
3 ★ First run of the app went smoothly but subsequent runs were mired with problems; namely the fact that it couldn't properly find my exact location and the fact that search box is completely broken. not only can I not properly search for something by typing it in and pressing the okay button my keyboard but also it refuses to let me add spaces to my search unless I press a letter at the same time as the space bar. Really awful service for such a fantastic idea.
2 ★ Why not just have the map on a website? Great idea, poorly executed. I didn't have to sign up for an account. I like that it has photos of the locations, but they are too small and cant be zoomed in. There were two locations within a 5 minute walk of me but strangely the app tells me they are Not In Range what an odd feature. Having to decide between looking for a refill and adding one every time you open the app seems annoying even the second time.
2 ★ The app is inexplicably laggy, slow and is a huge 54Mb. With this in mind it is disappointing that it only has the most basic functionality - for example it is not possible to filter on 'opening hours'. Given most of the refill points near me are shops in rural areas, this is pretty much essential - many shops have limited opening hours and are closed on a Sunday.
4 ★ Will be great as more info is populated. Some locations are duplicated multiple times, would be good to be able to remove/report them.
5 ★ The best way to find water refill station, and shop, eat without plastic!
2 ★ The locations shown in Southampton are often in the wrong place on the map. Bills is shown on the opposite side of town for example. If I was out and thirsty instead of in my kitchen perusing the app, I'd be pretty bloody annoyed at being directed all around the houses.
1 ★ This is such a great idea but its just not functional. It keeps crashing and when I tried to register it crashed again. When i tried for a second time, it said the email was already in use. Frustrating because it's a genius idea but is failing to fly. Sadly uninstalled but would download again if it worked.
5 ★ So useful to find refill stations for water, coffee, zero waste shops and more.
1 ★ I thought it was a great idea when I first saw it, but quickly became suspicious. If this scheme was genuinely altruistic and eager to change everyone's bad habits, it would be more transparent with the locations of the refill stations by simply putting a map on the website. As it is, this app crashes immediately on start.
2 ★ app gets stuck frequently, e.g. when loading a map with station locations. Also the the actual data seems to be incorrect as all kinds of hotels and caffes are there, possibly for marketing reasons. The idea is great, but the realisation seems to be a bit broken
