Application for the management of external inventory activities in the context of insolvency procedures dedicated to operators of Judicial Sales Institutes who use Solgesa's Moses-Incanto suite as back office management software.

Once logged in and validated on the IVG cloud (via unique credentials for each operator), the App allows you to carry out an inventory of goods for each individual procedure with attached video-photographic documentation and subsequent upload/synchronization on the company cloud and consequent updating the back office database.

It's possible:

Operate in offline mode in case of lack of internet connection

Manage all functions through a retractable side menu (Navigation Drawer)

Manage different inventories at the same time without any limitations

Operate simultaneously with different devices (operators) on the same inventory of the same procedure

Manage different locations for each individual procedure/inventory without any limitations

Activate and manage voice dictation of the description of goods in order to speed up inventory operations

Filter inventories by procedure in real time.

Set / Change Batch Number / Asset

Acquire Good/Lot identification (Good Code) by reading/scanning Barcode generated (either as a unique progressive lot number for Ivg or as a progressive lot number for procedure) and printed in advance from the back office.

Enter the estimated price

Automatically associate an unlimited number of photos and videos with each inventory item

View analytical image galleries (Photos and Videos) for individual assets and globally for procedures, both local on the device and present on the company cloud.

Check the status of each inventory and each individual inventoried asset, make changes, add photos/videos before uploading to the Moses back office

Carry out the incremental and selective upload operation in the presence of an internet connection (via 3G/4G data connection and wifi)
The upload transfers and synchronizes all the inventoried goods, with the related video/photographic documentation, to the IVG cloud, making them available, consultable and editable in real time in the reserved area of ​​the Moses-Incanto management site via the relevant WebApp.

From this moment on it is possible from the Moses-Incanto back office, through the relevant management modules, to download the inventoried goods from the cloud which will be downloaded and made available in Excel format for any further control and/or modification before the actual transfer to the Moses-Incanto database.

The office employee's time dedicated to entering the inventoried goods is eliminated. It will no longer be necessary to save photos and videos on storage folders on your PC and subsequently manually associate them with each individual item/lot.
