Description
eAppt@ICA is the latest initiative from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), which allows members of public to book an appointment with ICA to complete their application processes as well as to change or cancel appointments. With eAppt@ICA, everyone will have the following services at their fingertips:
1) Book appointments* with all 3 Services Centres of ICA.
2) View existing appointments* made with ICA at 'My Appointment' tab.
3) Locate SingPost outlets for alternate site collection of selected ICA documents and passes.
4) Links to other Home Team Departments' homepage.
Note:
-*Selected services may require you to log in with your SingPass ID before booking an appointment

App permissions
eAppt@ICA 1.0.35 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.
Allows an application to write the user's calendar data.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

4 ★ Thank you very much for letting me have the time to figure out how the app works and not like verification codes, which have such a brief time limit!! Therefore putting added pressure on me as I am already a senior, who is already a techie dinosaur. Your app is simple and intuitive enough, once I get the hang of it. Keep up the good work!
1 ★ A one time use apps? only works the first time i installed! In fact really convinent and good. dont have to fill forms or make any calls anymore love it. Today there is a new version avaliable but! no update button to select, only "uninstall" or "open" Please help fixed this officers, if "parking sg" is a sucess so can this.
1 ★ What is the use of this app if it keeps telling you System is not available, please try again! How long do you need to ' We are looking into this'? Whoever is the vendor should be taken to task! Tried to book appointment twice at 1 week apart, and still not resolve!
1 ★ Come on, why not add a photo taking function n complete the entire application process. The most difficult part of applying or renewing passport is to submit a photo to your specifications. Our hp pics don't qualify n need further editing. Might as well improve on your app to take picture that meet all your stringent requirements for photo submission.
2 ★ i have installed & reinstalled twice & finally got to make an appt via this app. When i tried to login the app to double check my appt date, it keeps on saying error message, system unavailable. i leave it as it is as i assumed its linked to my calender already. My appt was booked on 21st and even added to my calender as 21st but when i went down to ica, they told me i missed the appt as its booked on 20th instead. I have to rebook my appt! system unavailable again when i try to rebook! Sigh
1 ★ It was frustrating to use the app. The app gives a file reference number error, which I had double checked was correct. File reference number was also long and troublesome to type. The app crashed after the error messages.
1 ★ can't even use. once open the apps, will prompt out got latest update. only can choose exit or update. choose exit and will.exit everything. choose update, will.lead you to play store where no update is available.
2 ★ i just downloaded. when i open the apps stated there is an update for the new version. when i open play store it doesn't appear to be updated. please fix this and i will rate 5 star. thanks a mill!!
1 ★ Keep prompting latest update available and brought me back to Google Play. Another hopeless app. After giving feedback to ICA, still nothing is done to rectify the issue. Really unbelievable!!
1 ★ The App is not working. When I open the App it ask to update. When I click update it goes to Uninstall/Open page where no update is shown. This goes in circle and cannot get the App to work.
1 ★ I can't seem to check my appointment time, and I somewhat don't remember what time I booked. If no such services available then why do you even put it on the app when the site don't seem to have check appointment time.
1 ★ Button missing! Which should read "This app doesn't work. There is no update. Uninstall and let's not waste any more time!"
1 ★ installed it...but when I want to open app...keep on prompting me to update. Problem is...there is no button to update...so I coudn't do anything else but exit application. got so frustrated that I uninstalled it!
