1 ★ Horrible user experience, keeps logging users out for no apparent reasons. Random slots release timing for practical lessons allows botters to capitalise on botting even more. Almost impossible to get lessons. Topping up of balance takes ages for money to reflect in account.

1 ★ I keep getting logged out? I don't know why please fix this. It's really troublesome to have to keep logging in just so I can book lessons

1 ★ Everytime open the app, have to keep logging in. After the new year this has been happening. Not sure what the IT team is doing not fixing this. How many times a day you open this app and to manual login. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

2 ★ I am experiencing repeated automatic logouts with accompanying server errors and page refreshes. This is hindering my ability to schedule lessons and requires immediate attention to improve user experience.
