Description
- Buy all types of tickets, including: Single, 24-hours, 30-days, Flex 10/30 and more.
- Pay with Swish, card (Mastercard or Visa), or invoice from Swedbank Pay. You can also get email receipts of your purchases.
- Find the quickest route on a map, and view the entire journey from door to door.
- Create shortcuts (favorites) on the front screen for your most common journeys.
- Receive information about ongoing disruptions affecting traffic, or journeys you have chosen to monitor.
- Log in to My Account to have your tickets protected by our lost ticket guarantee, in case you lose your phone.
- Lend your active 30-day ticket to a friend or family member (requires that you are logged in to My Account).

2 ★ In comparison to other travel apps, this is the worst one. They should really add more payment options such as swish.
3 ★ The app is usually fine, but the last update broke it really bad, at least for my device (Oneplus 5T). Now it doesn't show any journey to Malmo from any street in Copenhagen which is not central station or the airport. Which would be tolerable, but then I can't buy the tickets with the credit card because the procedure fails at the end, so this makes the app useless. Is this a common issue or is it a problem on my end?
1 ★ I've been trying to register my card for months, but it fails every time. No error message, it just goes back to Settings page. I've contacted Skånetrafiken who says it's a problem with Klarna, so I contacted them next. They said it's not their problem but the bank's problem. So I called my bank who said my card and identification is working perfectly fine. My mobile BankID works fine everywhere else. So who's problem is this? Until we find out, the app is pretty much useless.
1 ★ I've been trying to register my card and it failed over and over. One of the basic things is payment registration and setting this up sucks. Not used friendly. This needs to be fixed immediately. It's easy to say klarna handles your payment and we need to contact them. You know it's not been working well with klarna, why not change your payment service client who provides help when needed.
1 ★ Can't change credit card because starting the Bank ID doesnt work, can't use invoice either, since it only ever says that your personal number format is invalid, even though you input it exactly as they want it. App no longer shows actual bus arrival times, just generic ones you could see at the bus stop, which is very bad, because most of their busses either come way too early, way too late or not at all. Honestly, my 2 year old could code a better app.
1 ★ For 3 consecutive days I have trying to purchase a 30-days ticket without success. I have even tried different debit and credit cards on two smart-phones. This is the second time that I have this issue, first one was in the beginning of december. When contacting Klarna, the customer service representative cannot provide immediate answer and they take up to three days to contact you back. I never had such a big problems purchasing transportation tickets like with this App
3 ★ It's ok but is missing some trivial functions. Like possibility to subscribe and get notifications about selected departures. Would also be good to prevent it from asking about turning on location services every time I go in there. Also a direct button to access the last activated ticket. Since all this is missing, I'd say this is a rather mediocre app.
2 ★ The app is great.... some days. Since the warning about the payment method change, everything in this app works poorly. Payment is not intuitive anymore or it stops me from buying altogether. Activating the ticket bought on the day before is an ordeal because "poor internet connection" (connected to WiFi with data as backup). This app should have its bugs fixed before going live.
2 ★ Overall good app. But I got confused about the expired and active tickets. When buying a new ticket it showed my old expired ticket. I thought some error happened and bought another ticket. This other ticket didn't show up either! I was lucky the controllant never showed up. Not until I got off the train and restarted the app the 2 active tickets were visible. I later found out that if this happens you need to go back to find you active tickets which I think if very unintuitive.
4 ★ You select the date and time you want and your destination, it returns the results and you pick one. The problem is when you select a trip to buy the ticket, the app completely ignores the time and date you selected and, by default, activates your ticket. This means that you'll only have until 4am of the following day to use the ticket. If you chose a future date, that is completely ignored and you'll need to buy another ticket. To solve this you can disable the "activate" button when buying the ticket but in my opinion this should be the default option, the ticket should just be disabled, then you never make mistakes. Why have the option to select date if it's just ignored later? (edit: I spoke with customer service and they are returning the money for the unused ticket. good service!)
1 ★ Absolute con. I should have paid attention to the other reviews before downloading and using this app. Thought it would save me time at the station but instead I got charged for tickets that never materialised and had to queue at the station to pay again for a printed ticket. Absolutely disgraceful they can debit your card and there's nothing to show for it whatsoever
2 ★ * 5 times I've bought a ticket with travel time 2.10 h but the ticket is only valid for 2 h. Can't take the bus on the last stretch. Absurd. * Can't see itinerary when ticket is purchased. Have to search for the trip again. * Ticket is hidden 5 seconds after purchase for no good reason. * Once got an error message saying something went wrong. Tried again, same thing. 5 mins later I had two tickets. * Last used ticket is always displayed when openings the app, even if it was 1 month ago.
1 ★ Tried 30min to register 3 different cards. Not possible. Useless. Several other users have reported the same problem. It's amazing that Skånetrafiken then refer to one of the third party providers they use for the app. If you provide a product you are responsible for it. Skånetrafiken, towards the customers you must consider yourself accountable for both the front end and the backend of the app.
3 ★ Does the job. Quite often proposed with trips that leave before my departure time; the walking times are quite optimistic, especially if you got kids. Routes proposed are often worst to what you get when using Google Maps (arrive later, much longer walking distance), which I usually use before being a ticket due to more realistic walking times. The change in the payment method was rather annoying, I wish you could add Google Pay support.
1 ★ After 3 years use, totally convinced that it's the worst ever public transport app. Has no idea what schedule means, reliability and accuracy are two last things they care about. Even with easy tech to update realtime schedule seems like rocket science for operators. The app and the service are completely independent, no relevancy for the info app has and the fact service runs. It's only for buying a ticket, rest info given is absolutely useless. Definitely need to improve on reliability !!
