Description
Here we have collected the most frequent public services used by Muscovites. And they simplified the process of obtaining - a quick chat bot solves all issues. Open the dialog in the desired section:
- My house: give readings of water meters, find out when to check the meters, get bills for utility services. Save the 10-digit payer number (indicated on your EPD) in the application and payment for housing and communal services will be available to you.
- Children at school: use the services "Moskvёnok" and "Electronic diary" in one application. You can check when the child arrived at school, what grades he received and what he bought for lunch, in a couple of minutes, by asking the bot.
- Health: making an appointment with the clinic, reschedule or cancel the appointment with the doctor can now be online in a convenient chat. Just tell the bot the MHI policy number.
- Transport: check and pay fines for the traffic police online by number, find out the history of your car. At your request, the bot will receive a notification about the evacuation of the car and new fines. You will need a driver’s license number, STS, VIN and license plate number.
- Contact center: operators around the clock are ready to help you in resolving issues related to obtaining public services and the operation of the My Moscow application.
- City news: in a couple of minutes to find out all the most important things that are happening in Moscow and in your area.
- My area: to study your area - read about unique facts, look for the nearest parks and schools, playgrounds and sports grounds, learn about plans for its development.
“My Moscow” is a chat bot that helps Muscovites get the most popular public services. Some of them are available without authorization. But we advise you to register so that the bot knows your details and can remind you of important payments or appointments to the doctor.
The Moscow government has also developed separate applications for those who are looking for or want to pay for parking ("Moscow Parking"), participate in important city decisions ("Active Citizen"), notice shortcomings in the construction of housing and communal services ("Our City").

5 ★ Очень удобное приложение для разных нужд)
2 ★ Пользуюсь только для передачи показаний счётчиков. Передача показаний счётчиков, сделана на подобии общения с ботом в менеджерах. Но это изначально не менеджер, зачем копировать? Приходящие счита на оплату, ещё ни разу не получилось скачать квитанцию, все время ошибка. Много лишнего, например новости и события с верху, что сайт, что приложение, сочетание газеты, менеджера и сервиса, не лучший выбор. Ещё приложение падает на Андроиде, если ленту с новостями промотать до конца в право.
1 ★ Как по мне, то это ужасное приложение. Я пытался 20 минут записать маму на обследование и ничего не получилось. Приложение просто не чувствует, когда я нажимаю на кнопку "записаться".
1 ★ Отвратительное приложение. Все опции в виде чата, чтобы сделать нужное действие, нужно произвести миллион лишних действий.
1 ★ У приложения не работает сервер авторизации, при попытке смены пароля надо ввести номер зарегистрированного телефона, но телефон (зарегистрированный) в мобильном приложении, оказывается незарегистрирован.Плюнул, буду пользоваться через браузер.
2 ★ Интерфейс, где вместо понятных кнопок и меню псевдо-чат - ужасная идея. Медленно, неудобно и куча лишних анимаций. Верните нормальный интерфейс где информация дается в божеском виде, а не в виде блока текста (см, например, апп госуслуги). И ещё момент - если вы думаете людям приятно общаться с чат-ботом, вы сильно ошибаетесь.
1 ★ Не могу зайти в приложение, используя госуслуги.
4 ★ Приятное, один ращ связь потеряло, пришлось перезапускать
1 ★ 8 декабря 2020 перестало принимать действующий Логин и пароль, как номер телефона, так и адрес Эл почты и СНИЛС. Всё разрешения приложению даны и антивирус на смартфоне не установлен.
1 ★ После очередного обновления не могу оплачивать счета. Пишет "Кажется, что-то пошло не так". Есть у меня одна идея, что именно пошло не так при разработке этого поделия.
