5 ★ I had good experiences with Citylink until now. It's easy to find a car and use it. They are not very well washed though.

1 ★ Bikes, I used to enjoy this last year, but now It was an awful experience. The bikes have no suspension(if they have it does nothing), no changing gears and it's so heavy and hard to ride, you have to twist on a thing to horn, it's so HEAVY, so unpleasant you will want to throw it in the lake. And now you can only leave it in small, sparse areas, and you have to keep on trying to end the trip 7 times, because the error "out of service area" will appear, even though you are in service area.

5 ★ Smooth. Moving about Bucharest was fun. Used the "Park & Keep" option to have the car for myself for 5 days. Nice & easy to drive. Also enjoyed being able to park for free in the heart of the city (they have contracts with the best located parkings downtown). However, I wish we all treated and respected things we do not actually own, as if we owned them. I mean the car was brand-new and already had a few (small) signs of being mistreated by some users. The overall experience was cool.
4 ★ The cars are usually quite clean, easy to use and the price is ok. Could use a bigger number of cars, but as there are other car sharing apps in the market, it may be too much. It's one of the two services I use and I recommend it.
5 ★ Excellent service, fair price, great cars, really happy with the experience. Have been using the service on more than enough occasions to say the app is not buggy at all, had no crashes whatsoever or problems in finding the cars and unlocking them. 5/5
1 ★ The app doesn't work anymore for bikes. When I scan the bike we, I always get an error.
5 ★ Great experience, but when you are about to end your trip, be sure to get all the people out of the car before you close it because the car won't close all the way, and the doors will be left open , I made this mistake and I had to reserve it again and close it and I was taxed 10 lei, the minimum fare. But overall it was nice and I'm sure I'll use it again.
5 ★ Good service, all cars are clean and easy to operate. Charging rate/minute is considerable. 👍
