Clinic Scheduler APK

Clinic Scheduler application help you to have an exact situation of your appointments, to enter your appointments quickly and easy. Using this app your clients will be informed all the time.

Insert appointments
The name and the phone number can be entered directly or selected from contacts. Based of selected day from calendar you can see working schedule and existing appointments for the day. If is not a working day the schedule is displayed in red.

Keep clients informed
The application sends automatically SMS when “Save” button is pressed and sends also automatically a reminder in previous day of appointment. There is a possibility to set up a reminder in a certain period of time.

Example of SMS : “Appointment to dr. Murray, on Monday 25-06-2016 at 15.30”. You can customize you messages from settings: “Appointment to @signature, on @dayOfWeek @date ”.

Communication
You can call or send SMS to the customer directly from the application, or send one SMS to all customer from one day.

Security
You can export your appointments daily in a .csv file on your storage and can import back if is necessary by activating “Daily backup” function from settings.


Utility
If you use desktop applications to organize your schedule you can import appointments from a .csv file.
You have the possibility to send SMS durring import or just save appointment.

The file structure for import sould have the following fields delimited by semicolumn: name, phone number, date in dd-mm-yyyy format, hour in hh:mm format and details
