2) Glimpse future: Listen to useful podcasts to gain foresight. You need more knowledge on ideas and happenings of today and possibilities of the future. Reading can be slow, listen to them in your free time or while multi-tasking.

3)Write yours: Document and save your week/day's activity. Documenting your life is important to have a better story. And the impact of your story is as powerful as the way you tell it. But you need a story first.
