2 ★ Good app. The thing is when you start a course it doesn't show on the first screen when you open the app. So you you have look for your course. Then you have to find where your last session was (scrolling scrolling....) And finally you can continue!!! Not easy to use!

5 ★ Have had trouble meditating but this app is making it so easy. It gives me both practice and theory to meditation. It also sends out reminders and helpful short mindfulness thoughts called "moments" that just slow you down to stop and reflect. Just love this app. It's always being added too. So much value here.

5 ★ Please help! I really love the app, and had decided to pay for an yearly subscription. After many failed attempts a payment finally made it through... But I am not able access the subscription content, in fact the app treats me like I am not a subscriber. Edit: never mind, it took 2-3 minutes but now I have access to all content 😊

I've been recommending this to both those who have never meditated and those friends who are familiar with it. There is no way to do it wrong. Easy, simple, achievable. 4 ★ My 2 favorite things were the beginner course and the new moments. The beginner course was exactly what I needed to progress with meditation but I never found much value to the other meditations. The moments are great too integrate into everyday life. Very thought provoking
