3 ★ The app is responsive but there is no global contacts so each staff would have to copy work contacts to contacts on the mobile.
3 ★ It's decent. Does what it says. I wish it didn't save to and mix into my personal contacts when I add to my phone book... whole point of having an app for work is to keep that stuff separate. Maybe I'm using it wrong.
1 ★ I'm facing 1 way audio problem, I can hear other person voice but they are unable to hear mine. Tried many times removing and reinstalling the dialer but problem persist. I have tried using wired headset, Bluetooth headset and normal mobile but no help. Other app is working perfectly fine on same accessories. I'm using Android MI A2 mobile. Let me know if you need anymore information from my end. Thanks
1 ★ I have service, 4g and wifi on my cell phone yet when I call clients they say they only hear every 3 words and I sound garbled. This has been happening since we went remote 1.5 years ago and it is a company wide issue. I constantly have to call clients using my personal number just so we can talk. Very poor audio no matter what i do
2 ★ Recently the app has been struggling performance wise. I get calls through my desk phone but when I go in to see the missed calls they aren't there due to update failures. Voice mails almost never load so I can use the app to listen to them. Happens both over wifi and data.
2 ★ It will only ring once if that. It is intermittent as sometimes it rings and sometimes it doesn't. Also, I cannot set a ringtone to distinguish when it's a regular call for me or a business call from 8x8 work app. Super frustrating! 😡
3 ★ The app kills your battery. I installed the app and the next day could not get through a day without charging. I then uninstalled and everything went back to normal. Reinstalled and battery began dieing again.
4 ★ Almost done with my trial period, and I plan on continuing as a paid customer. Pros: Intuitive controls, all features available in single app, responsive customer support, very configurable. You can't find a better value in this industry. Cons: Some support reps need better training. Also, admin should be able to allow users to delete messages.
1 ★ ANDROID galaxy zfold2 can't attach pictures to sms confirmed with a fellow note20 owner. Have to email pictures to myself and attach them with windows app. Asked a fellow coworker and APPLE user and they have a quick button for attachments on their app.
2 ★ They are very good at implementation but after that impossible to get customer service or tech support in a timely manner. Also no mms support. I plan to cancel soon.
2 ★ I try to use 8x8 mobile app for work, but it will not work at least not for calls. All calls are sent straight to voicemail unless I open the app and its connected to service. This is kind of inconvenient since I am on the go at work or during. The messaging part works fine, however most people I work with want to talk.
1 ★ What's wrong with this app? Phone calls come in, I pick up, and literally no one on the other end. When I'm in the office using my regular office phone system, everything is fine. Very frustrating.
2 ★ I've had more issues since this was switched to 8x8 Work. It won't ring even though they ringer is set to a tone and turned up. It only vibrates and also interferes with the sounds for my incoming text messages, calls etc. I also don't like the fact that every call I make, receive, or miss shows up in my personal call log.
1 ★ I have perfect signal but for some reason my calls only go one way. Where the customer i speak to doesnt hear me aswell as calls just randomly dropping.
2 ★ Won't show missed calls even after I've received missed calls. Sometimes won't ring on my phone app but will ring on my desktop. It's just unreliable at the worst times.
