Download the latest NetworkingTest application, version 1.2, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by ChrisK and is easy to download and install.

Description

NetworkingTest is a UDP client and server. It lets you send messages (either to a particular IP or broadcasted) and receive them. It logs the received messages and timestamps them down to the millisecond. Since it is written in Qt, you will be prompted to install Ministro during NetworkingTest's first run. Once Ministro is installed, it will download the Qt libraries. After that, you can delete Ministro if you'd like. NetworkingTest should run just fine from then on out!
