Description
If you have received an access key, download the Outline app to get started.
If you haven’t received an access key, you’ll first need to set-up your own server. Get started by downloading the Outline Manager from getoutline.org. Creating your own server is quick and easy, and instructions in the Manager will guide you through each step.
How Do I Set Up Outline?
- Outline consists of two related products: the Outline Manager and Outline.
- The Outline Manager lets you create and operate your own VPN, and share access with anyone you choose by sending them an invitation directly from the Manager. Once you’ve downloaded the Manager, you can easily set up a VPN server on a cloud provider in less than five minutes.
- After setup is complete, you can download the Outline app on your phone and desktop.
- Share internet access with coworkers or friends by inviting them directly from the Manager.
- If you’ve received an access code from someone using an Outline Manager you’re all set! Just download the app and get started.

3 ★ It's been a while that it keeps crashing and stops working and I can not figure it out why!I deleted all the data and stuff to start the app over but it is still the same.
1 ★ If wifi internet disconnected then mobile internet connected, the app doesn't reconnecting automatically, I need open app and tap connect button. Very disappointment. Samsung S8.
4 ★ Very good VPN app that I highly recommend. Therefore, there is some efforts to do like smart proxy. Since we may not want everything going through the VPN connection especially for slow internet connectivity environment, adding this feature in order to allow user to filter apps they want to proxy is great idea. Overall, this application is really the best.

4 ★ Very intuitive UI (not geeky like average VPN client) and easy, one-click server-side setup. It will be even better if a Tasker plugin is added to enable auto switch when (dis)connecting to a censored WiFi.

4 ★ Great app but I just wish there was ability to add a quick settings toggle to quickly connect to a server. It's really annoying to open the app every time I wanna connect to my VPN.
5 ★ So far so good. Can you add the option for Android to access the quick drop down menu and add short cut icon for quick access. ( Shadosocks app have this and it's quick and convenient)
