1 ★ Every time the app opens, there is a pop-up for up sales or promotions, and transferring money in takes over a week to complete. To withdraw money more than 5k, requires verification, even i sent in everything and still got denied. Tried 4 times, finally got the money, it took over a week. Their excuse is security concerns, yeh right, its a simple withdraw from webull back to my personal checking that is the same account i use to deposit money to them. I don't trust them with my money.
3 ★ This was a good trading platform. Some found it complex, but that's what I liked. Lots of info available for you. Worth learning how to use...if you don't mind relearning it every few months. Webull tech team. Please go easy in the updates! Bug fixes and occasional useful additions are welcomed. Changing the format and moving important resources every couple of months isn't. I still haven't finished finding features that you moved the location of 2 updates ago! Now there's another?! I'm scared..
4 ★ I started using this app/brokerage after the great Robbin'TheHood debacle of 2020 (or whenever that was) and I haven't looked back. It has served the purposes I need it to serve. 4 stars instead of 5, though, because the GUI could use some improvement, especially in the options screen. As much as it pains me to admit, I sometimes need to go to the Robbin'Hood app to see options because it's easier to read there. Then I come buy on WeBull.
3 ★ Completely free platform, free learning tools, excellent charting, great community in chat, etc. However, the reason I have downgraded my rating from a 5 to a 3 is because of their persistent options execution issues, which they have yet to resolve. These have caused me to lose multiple trades, and even miss out on more than a $70 move in my favor recently.
3 ★ Good charts BUT a bit overly complicated trying to find everything, too much advertising it looks cheap and screams I'm a scam!!!!. They really need to tone down the pop-ups Make finding resources a little simpler way too many choices!!! If there was just a small section for pop-ups like Robin Hood where advertising would be and maybe 5 to 8 choices for buttons on options I would be okay with that. BUT they put it all over the screen like a clown show. Other than that good app/chart
1 ★ The pc app has to constantly be refreshed to get an up to date value. Every minute at least. The mobile app has literally 8 minuteong candles on the 1 minute chart! Not only that, but it changes up the format for selling randomly so that it takes longer to sell, which really makes it difficult to make fast moves. It just sucks. Update, The glitches seem fixed. Still randomly switches up the selling window.
4 ★ This app and service is fantastic! I would give it 5 stars if the ads that are displayed didn't have an obnoxiously small "x" to close them, or an "x" that appears in a different place each time. This is blatantly deceptive. I understand that ads are a key part of making money, but they should be done in good faith without the tricks to ensure people into clicking on them.
5 ★ Im really loving this App.. The layout is very clean on all fronts, from Charts to lvl2 and T&S.. I also love how interactive it is when it comes to communicating with other traders.. Blows me away that the App seems better than the Pc version.. You can't see price action on the charts for premarket on the Pc version even if you download, but you can on the App.. Maybe its something I'm doing wrong o_O!?.. Anyways I'm loving the App a lot....
5 ★ Since the developer reply, mutual funds now work, so back to a 5. Something changed on the back end? Great app but since the 7/20 update, mutual funds do not update in the watchlist. FBALX is one but pretty much all of them are stuck at the last close. Tried clearing the cache but no luck. Deleted then added, just a grey price. Getting the current price works, just not the watchlists.
4 ★ This app is great for trading. One of the nicest chart I've seen so far. I have used other platforms but webull is one of my favorite for charting. However it is not a beginner friendly app. If you're looking to paper trade as a beginner, I would advice you look elsewhere. It will not give you the full experience. You will develop terrible trading habits. It does not have stop lost on their paper trading to give new or inexperience traders opportunities to run or backrest strategies.
4 ★ I had to take off 1 star since getting signed up was a bit difficult. The app did not allow me to use an existing photo of my ID, instead it made me take one through the app, and for some reason this really lowered my camera's focusing ability. That part took almost 10 minutes. Everything else was fast and simple. I'm happy that it's simple to minitor my stocks and balance. As far as suggestions, I wish there wer other options to get rewards than getting others to sign up.
4 ★ Excellent platform. Easy to use and always updating with useful tools. Aesthetically pleasing. Now come on and make a premium version so I can get in and out. I've missed several winning trades because orders didn't fill. I wouldn't mind the commisions. I'd like to stay with webull but the lack of fills is really starting to bother me
2 ★ At first I thought this would be a good service for more fractional share investments, but the app simply wouldn't work. No matter what I did, the buttons wouldn't respond so I wasn't even able to link my account to add funds, nor was I able to contact support. Fought for a couple of hours before I decided this app wasn't worth the headache of a nonworking interface. If it had worked, I probably would've given a higher rating.
4 ★ I dig it. The interface is super simple but still packed with just about all you need. You can get help when you need it and from actual webull staff rather than some bot which is seems to be more of a commodity these days. Only thing that I hate is that they force liquidate contracts on a cash account even when the option was bought rather than sold as if its in any risk at all of being assigned as you would selling options. Don't count on any moves EOD to save you b/c webull will F*** you.
5 ★ Beaucoup charts and graphs comparisons, watchlists, and very responsive customer support for newbies. They don't do the reading/education FOR you, but they point you in the right direction to read and learn the jargon and trading language needed to understand what you're supposed to do. They have a large and robust glossary of terms and a good well-equipped learning center right on the app. For those who are lazy and don't want to do the reading to educate yourself, not for you.
