4 ★ The app is not quite as easy to use as the web page, at first, and some things are harder to bring up, but it'll do for now.

1 ★ It keeps closing as soon as it opens. It is unusable!

4 ★ Works great. Wish it had a dark mode though.

4 ★ It would be nice if reviews by consumers were included like on the Consumer Reports web site.

2 ★ Login function is Broken

3 ★ The app works fairly well but the website contains more reviews than the app. Given this discrepancy, I'll always go to the website which makes the app useless. For instance, I looked up HE top loader washing machines, brand LG. The app has 3 washers while the website has 5. Also, for the entire category of HE top load washers, the website has 47 while the app has 38. If the datasets matched, I'd give 5 stars because it works well.

1 ★ Broken won't open since the update

3 ★ The app is fine, works great..but, 9 times out of 10 the things I need a review on have not been reviewed. So if you need a review of a vacuum cleaner you're in luck..but if you need a review of a vacuum pump, or tolls etc.. you're not. Now I'm trying to figure out how to unsubscribe..it's super easy to get them to take your money but not so easy to get them to stop.

1 ★ Could not even log on. The app kept telling me I had the wrong password that I had just reset. It would not even allow me to copy the 1-800 number to call customer support, which was not customer support, it was their general corporate line. I got fed up and just cancel my membership.

5 ★ It's probably a good app, I just didn't find it useful after installing it and finding out that the two reasons I needed the app weren't offered. Some things they don't review. Wish I'd have known that before trying it out. Edit: it's understandable as to why they can't report reviews based on the things I'm looking for. So I changed my rating cuz of this. Still a good app.

1 ★ The website is far superior to the app making it completely unnecessary. Plus what's up with the completely out-dated content? It's 2020 and while looking for top rated used cars all I could find was reviews for 2004-2008. :/

5 ★ Works great. Please consider updating this app so it can be moved to a Micro SD card to save storage space on the phone. Thank you.

5 ★ Been using them for a long time. We always check out items if they have them posted in their products testing. Sometimes they dont. So we have to try to find out in other places. That's the only thing, they need to test more products. I know they say they don't use ads for money and buying products to tests cost money. Maybe they can ask for samples to tests,to lower their costs.

2 ★ First thing I installed CR app for was in looking for used vehicles. Don't expect much. Nothing is here despite paying for electronic access. No ratings, no year comparisons, none of the info that should be here. Very disappointing to say the least. Talk about missing the mark for a mobile app. It could have been great for this.
