1 ★ Nothing works on the app, not the food ordering, not getting a rider. Absolutely nothing works. It is a horrible app ,the old one was a lot better and worked. The old one already had the gshop integrated which to my knowledge worked just fine. Is it too much money or the gokada team just didn't know what else to do with money that fix a working app?
1 ★ This upgrade is a disaster, biko what happened to the other version? I was so comfortable with the other version to a point I started advertising and recommending to my business partners and friends. This is so so shameful, you even forced me to download it 🤮😤😠😡 pls your technical team should correct this error as soon as possible, the app isn't working!!!!🤦
2 ★ This new app is just fancy but not effective as the old one. Some popular locations are missing from the map and you can't select address manually. Everything is automated, users should be given the option to manually adjust options for delivery. Bring back the old app or fix this.
1 ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Please bring back the former app. We were never complaining. This new upgrade reveals how SELF-CENTERED and NON CUSTOMER ORIENTED the company has become. All my formerly saved delivery & pickup addresses were deleted, and worst of all- you're forced to re-register. What a sham! The UI is now so confusing, we cant track orders or the now-so-scarce riders anymore. And to crown the Incompetence; a miniature mapping system is now forced on us. thier customer service is a Joke!
1 ★ This new app is very terrible &useles, I'm having the worst experience of all. After I bragged about it to friend for prompt and effective logistic services,then you had to ruin the whole thing through this new app one is forced to download.The former app worked perfectly and efficiently. Now, one has to remain on the search for pilot page& keep reloading till one finally(if at all) gets a pilot that confirms...that is really frustrating. What happend to the old ways of this whole processes🤷.
1 ★ Just uninstall the app from your phone. The former app was a bit frustrating as it always took so long to book an order...but you see this new app? It will drive you nuts! Frustrating UX... That's just how best to describe this. They really should have just left the old app running. Now one has to go scouting for another reliable dispatch company till gokada sorts itself out.
1 ★ Hi Gokada, I'm a regular user of your service and app, and I must tell the the honest truth. The new app or the modifications you guys made on the existing app sucks, and if it continues like this, you will loose your loyal customers. The app take forever to locate nearby pilot. When it eventually locates one, it takes forever to authenticate OTP. Sometimes, the pilot will spend more than 45mins before completing the registration process
1 ★ I have had really bad experience with this new app. The old one was frustrating but still worked a bit but this one is just useless. I have not been able to book a delivery since it was launched. Gokada was my go-to for faster deliveries but it has now frustrated my business.
5 ★ I don't know what others are complaining about, really. But I've migrated to it and it's been great! The whole process is seamless, and stress free. I haven't used to food delivery option, but I've been sending and receiving items without issues.
1 ★ The former app was very okay than this. The map option is no longer there when one tries to input a location. This is so bad because I am trying to do a delivery and i am just stuck at this point. Kindly work on this or bring the former app back.
1 ★ You have only forced us to download app that is ruining our business... It shows the numbers of pilot around.Yet, it takes over 5 hours to get a pilot. Infact no rider in some cases. Secondly, the old app already registered many of my pick up details automatically. Which is not a feature of the new app.
1 ★ TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT Can any good thing happen in this part of the world and stay? To me, your former app was a success. I could seamlessly order for pickup and delivery most of the time. Now you came up with this bug. Why not start a "beta" program for your apps, and let interested people test the app before releasing it to the general public. The option to order for pickup or food is not making n my own app. I just wasted my data downloading a useless fancy app Please do something ASAP. 😡
1 ★ I don't recall the last time an app frustrated me like this one. You have to input address several times before it will show up. It takes forever to complete any action. The old app was still better.
1 ★ "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". I have not been able to do ANY deliveries with your company for weeks because of your new app. Youve lost another customer to this. Take the advice in the many reviews. Revert to the old app.
1 ★ It was always easy to get my orders picked up with the former app but with this???? I've never gotten my orders picked up. It is always searching for a pilot that is never there. This upgrade is rubbish
