Nuestro servicio virtual ofrece acceso a orientación médica de calidad, de manera conveniente, en cualquier sitio que te encuentres, cuándo así lo desees.
Puedes seleccionar entre las siguientes opciones de consultas con un médico certificado, a través de tu teléfono móvil o computador:
· Telefónica: consulta vía telefónica a través de un número de acceso gratuito (0800)
· Video: consulta en tiempo real por video
· Chat: consulta en tiempo real vía mensajería instantánea
Utilizando esta aplicación también puedes solicitar una consulta médica en físico, en el sitio donde te encuentres, y/o una ambulancia en caso de emergencias médicas.
El servicio está disponible en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, todos los días del año.
Los horarios de atención son:
· Orientación Telefónica, 24 horas
· Chat y Video consultas, desde las 7:30 am hasta las 11:00 pm
