QuitNow is a proven app that engages you to quit smoking. It aims you to avoid tobacco just giving you a picture of yourself. Quitting smoking is easier when you focus your effort in these four sections:

🗓️ Your ex-smoker status: When you quit smoking, the focus has to be on you. Remember the day you quitted and get the maths: how many days are you free of smoke, how much money you saved, and how many cigarettes you avoided.

🏆 Achievements: your quit smoking motivations: As all tasks on life, quitting smoking is easier when you divide the task into small and easy ones. So, QuitNow offers you 70 goals based on the cigarettes you avoided, the days since your last cigarette and the money saved. So, you will start celebrating achievements since the first day.

💬 Community: the ex-smokers chat: When you quit smoking, you need to stay within the non-smoking areas. QuitNow offers a chat full of people that, like you, said goodbye to tobacco. Spending time with nonsmokers will make your way easier.

❤️ Your ex-smoker health: QuitNow offers a list of health indicators to explain how your body improves day by day. They are based in the World Health Organization ones, and we update them as soon as the W.H.O. does.


In addition, there are more sections in the preferences screen that could help you in your way to quitting smoking.

🙋 Frequent Asked Questions: there are some tips to quit smoking, and honestly, we don’t know where to put them. Most quitters look for tips on the internet, and there are lots of fake tips there. We researched in the World Health Organisation archives to find the investigations they made and the conclusions they had. In the Frequent Asked Questions, you will find all the answers to those questions you have about quitting smoking.

🤖 The QuitNow bot: sometimes, you have strange questions that don’t appear in the F.A.Q. In those cases, you can ask the bot: we train her to answer those strange ones. If she doesn’t have a good answer, she will contact the QuitNow crew and they will update their knowledge base, so she will learn the best answers to your questions. By the way, yes: all the bot answers are extracted from the W.H.O. archives, as the F.A.Q. tips.

📚 Books to quit smoking: knowing some techniques about quitting smoking makes the task easier. There's always someone talking about books in the chat, so we made an investigation to know which are the most popular, and which ones can actually help you to quit smoking for good.

4 ★ Wish there were more health goals! Otherwise it is amazing!

5 ★ App is great. Clear, concise, and easy to set up. My only problem is that the widget doesn't sync with the app so the statistics remain static. I'd like to be able to see on my home screen how I'm doing and I have to remove the widget and add it again to get an updated total. Apparently it's a battery saving issue in Samsung. The problem is resolved and the developers are SUPER responsive and friendly.

2 ★ Good app but notifications only pop up when you open the app and there's no sound either. It was great to hear back from the guys but the solution did not help. Battery saver was not the answer nor was reinstalling. Still scratching my head. Also think it's a great idea to have an option to choose the artwork for achieving goals. Gives it a personal touch.

5 ★ Absolutely love this app, it really does make all the difference motivationally by providing the incremental progress you've made from day to day. From how much you've saved financially to how many health benefits you've regained, it gives you that tangible baseline to view your progress visually and in real time. It's also simple and automatic, imputing your information is effortless and it will do all the calculations and busy work for you, then provide you will little "rewards" & incentives!

5 ★ I'm extremely impressed with the content and format of Quit Now Pro app. It's engaging... which makes perfect sense to lend a bit of social interaction along with comradery to identify our similarities in keeping with goal oriented tasks, trials and accomplishments. I'll update this review as I experience different levels of on-demand support.

5 ★ An extremely helpful, eye opener that contributed to my freedom from the evil emotional basteel, tobacco. I knew that I was smoking thirty cigarettes a day, yet I didn't realise that I was smoking sixty in two days, and I was dumbfounded at the realization that I was smoking ninty every three days. Five years later, the app is still running in the background and I think about it less and less, I'm now at over 50,000 cigarettes not smoked. QuitNow didn't do the work but it helped greatly. Thanks!

5 ★ This app has helped me so much since quitting smoking. Today I'm 417 days quit and I'm never looking back. I like the little achievements and trophies. I like the chats too, I used them a lot in the beginning when I was going through rough stuff and had cravings. I still use the app to look and feel proud of myself. The app is user friendly and I highly recommend it! STAY QUIT! NEVER LOOK BACK!

4 ★ The community doesn't have much to do with smoking cessation; it's rare to find them actually talking about quitting. It would be nice to have health update rewards while going through days 30-120 when it is so easy to relapse. It seems like most of the milestones are in the initial stages of the quit.

5 ★ This app is amazing. It gives you all of the health information as you move forward without smoking. There is a great chat feature as well with like minded people for support that is very helpful. A great tool to help you.

5 ★ Best quitting app and worth the money for PRO. Remember that quitting isn't just something that you do from 1 day to the next. You got to plan and commit. Chewing gum, patches, Chantix, etc... Can help but what really matters is your WILL POWER! I suggest to the developer that after you complete a health goal there is also a timer for how long ago you completed the goal. I think that would be cool to know also.

5 ★ Love this app. It helped me to quit smoking on July 14, 2019. It keeps track of how many cig. not smoked, ect. It has a chat room to talk to other people who are quitting smoking.

5 ★ As someone who is going on 4 years tobacco free, I use this app to inspire others. When they see my statistics, they ask about the app. I've never had any problems with it.

Would like to see a Journal/Diary section. And private messaging, sometimes you want to encourage one another one on one. Maybe color schemes. Awesome job developers!👏👍

5 ★ Don't care about my health and how many extra days I need to suffer the consequences of being alive and acute consciousness. I just use this app to see how much money I am saving. If you really have no choice but to suffer from "being alive" and acute consciousness, then it's better to have some money to buy drugs that can ease the conditions and make this disease manageable.
