Saud bin Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al Shuraim, from the thigh of Al-Haraeqs from the well-known Bani Zayd in Najd, born in Riyadh in the year (1386 AH), Imam of Al-Haram Al-Makki from 1412 AH - and still, Dean of the College of Judicial Studies and Systems University of Umm Al-Qura and the Imam and preacher of the Grand Mosque and judge Previous to the Great Court in Makkah. In 1413 AH, he was appointed a judge in the Great Sharia Court in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and was assigned to teach at the Grand Mosque in 1414 AH.

His grandfather Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Shuraim is the prince of Shaqra after the death of Hajar Al-Bawardi in 1322 and continued until 1325, then he requested exemption from the emirate and assumed the emirate after him Muhammad bin Saud Al-Issa until his death in 1340, and his family are the honorable people of Shaqra and the secret, and from this family the famous poet Suleiman bin Shuraim He died in the year 1363 AH.

He held several positions, including: in the year 1410 AH, he was appointed as a scholar at the Higher Institute for the Judiciary, and in 1412 AH he appointed an imam and preacher to the Grand Mosque, and in 1413 AH he appointed a judge of the Great Court in Makkah, and in 1414 AH he was assigned to teach at the Grand Mosque, and in 1416 Hijri emptied to obtain the degree of doctor at Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah.
