Opportunities HR: in a company or firm

There are two main opportunities for human resource professionals. Two thirds of them work in companies or administrations, they manage only the responsibility of the human resources or they are integrated to a team if the company is large. In a company HR services is on average 3.6% of payroll. The last third is moving him to independent firms, which are occasionally or more permanently solicited by companies for recruitment missions, training or counseling.
