2 ★ I loved this app. Now with my new phone it will not let me recover the years of information that I had saved. Extremely frustrating! It just says my email is registered when I try to login... well yeah it's registered, that's why I'm trying to login.
2 ★ I've been using this app for over 5 years... I recently switched phones, and I lost all my data! I've switched phone before and it was never a problem. I can't log in with email bc it tells me to use sns method to log in... When I use sns, data is gone! Please help.
5 ★ please include a section to dismiss the monthly cycle completely.... I've been using this app for years but then I got pregnant and I was breastfeeding and after the intial 9 months, it was a whole year, six months and 11 days before I had to mark another monthly cycle....
2 ★ It was a decent app until they try to force me to agree to their terms and services (WHICH ISN'T IS IN ENGLISH BTW.) And I can't use the app until I agree to the terms and services but I can't read the terms and services cuz it's not in English. So I guess I have to delete this app now.
5 ★ I love this app! I can track my cycle, how often I have sex with birth control, and take notes ! it runs very smooth! definitely the best cycle tracker I've used!

1 ★ After using for 3 years I can't sign in unless agreeing to new terms of service, and a new privacy policy in a foriegn language with no translations. Uninstalling the app.
4 ★ Been using Once for years! I've always had a pretty unpredictable period and Once has really helped track it and learn about symptoms I didn't realize we're period related.
5 ★ Very easy to use and is pretty accurate but some times mine is a day off but you can't predict what your body dose all the time
