Description
The new care@unifi app enables you to connect and easily manage your accounts.
Now you can do all of these:
· Engage with us via Live Chat for any inquiries, service requests and complaints.
· Check your current bill details.
· Download your past bills in pdf form.
· Make payment conveniently.
· View your past payment history.
Note:
Customer without a login ID needs to register with a valid email address. This can be done by clicking on the hyperlink in the app or going to the portal at http://unifi.com.my
App permissions
care@unifi 1.10 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ The app requires Tac code which is sent via sms to mobile phone to be keyed in within 3mins but i tried few times and it took more than 5mins to receive the sms! How to register account? This had been going on for donkey months and seem like TM technicians, engineer and staff are still sleeping in their fairy tale dreams! Sack the CEO and whack the whole company up!
1 ★ verification code (TAC) received too late after 3 minutes gone. and have to resend again 8 time but can't key in. need more improvement... this apps not useful at all. bad experience for me.
1 ★ Try to use tm rewards login account.. error popup no internet connection..what!! using wifi kot..ok maybe different app used different login account.. ok try to register..then redirect to web page with error message..hahaha what a waste of my time..
1 ★ TAC timed out after 3 mins. 5 times I tried, all 5 times the TAC came in after 5 mins. I'm finding it quite ironic for a 'reputable' service provider to let this kind of issues persist, even after many complaints from the users 😒

1 ★ Installed this app because I can't reach TM via phone call since yesterday (always say entered an invalid entry. Trial count: 53). After register, I need to fill up my info just to connect to Live Chat. The heck?! After a while connected, suddenly the live chat is gone after I checked and replied Telegram message on my notification pane. C'mon TM, step up your game. You make helluva lots of money but you can't even improve your customer support. Really disappointed. Waste of time!
1 ★ dude, whatsup with the tac code it took longer than 5 mins and the verification already expired by that time. this continue for 20 times already and how am i gonna check the bill and pay for it huh?!!! so get ur act together.very very poor indeed. imma report u.
1 ★ TAC received after the 3 mins waiting time. Wasted 30 mins only for the code and still cant key in because problem still persist. Please improve it!
