2 ★ I have been using Boost for a year, and so far it has been easy to purchase and pay bills—nothing much beyond that. So in the last before I uninstalled boost, I spent all my 14k coins in the lucky draw, and I think it won't win, and yes, I didnt win it haha... Now I switch to TnG which is much better for cash back, investment, withdrawing money into the bank, more discounts, topup TnG card directly which boost doesn't have.
1 ★ I still can't sign in to my account. After switching phone, I've put my number and pass a lot of times but the OTP never came. Reached out to customer service and all it says is to enable the sms which always is. Pleaseeee fix thissss
1 ★ Stupid app. I changed to my new phone and when I try to register my new device, the OTP was never received. So, I lost my money and points just like that. Use this if you think you are using same device till you die.
1 ★ What's the purpose to have support team by ur apps ? I have emailed N times to them but reply with nonsense??? If can't solve customer's problem better don't do any advertisement to encourage people use it !!! Replied useless thing better not reply !!!!
1 ★ 1 word. FRAUD. I bought a Shopee digital voucher worth RM 100 for RM 90, and it never worked. I tried multiple times. Sent multiple customer support and they just kept asking me to do more steps. By then, I had bought the item needed from Shoppee directly and asked for a refund. They refused and only said they will continue trouble shooting but also implied my voucher has expired (it was just a 3-4 day voucher). Think 10x before trusting Boost. This is cheating and Bank Negara should know this.
1 ★ It is becoming worse. Keep signing us out. Very inconvenient, especially at the moment when making payment! Fire the team writing the coding!!!!
1 ★ Why for these few weeks my spending via Boost didn't qualify me to earn any stars? I spent few times at petrol station but surprisingly there is no stars credited? Why should I continue to use Boost as my main e-wallet payment when it's rewards system was faulty???
1 ★ The old day boost is my first cashless transactions and the best. But unfortunately it became the worse since it doesn't allow me to use payflex when urgently in need anymore. Im so disappointed, Why bother giving and take it back, not flex at all.

1 ★ I changed my phone, so I download to new phone but not working keep showing could not connect to your server. What's the problem?😞
2 ★ Started off well but nowadays. Auto reload with credit card used to works but now it's non existent. Perhaps it's time to move on to another e wallet.
1 ★ Updated my boost recently after that cannot log in. Tried so many times. I even try the 'forgot my password' and waited for the tac number that has never come. So how about my money in the wallet????
1 ★ Very not convenient to use.. dont know why this app always sign me out. Everytime sign in always pop put issue that my password is incorrect which is very annoying to me.😒 Sorry to say that no boost to me again.
1 ★ Poor user interface and connection. Everytime i want to pay using boost it tells me there's a problem and to contact customer service.
